No, there is no penalty or fee for canceling. However, we require an initial 6-month commitment upon sign-up, followed by a month-to-month plan.
Is there a membership freeze charge?
No, there is no charge. You may freeze your membership for a maximum of 2 months per year.
DOES MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRE OR IS IT REFUNDABLE?
No, once your money is in the bank it is you to use at your convenience. The monthly membership fee is not refundable.
